I was so excited this morning to put my first coffee beans in this grinder. I have bought Smeg products for a very long time and have always loved them. This item took forever to come, was shipped from Germany, apparently, and when I got it, as you see in the photo, the plug is for somewhere in Europe, not the US. Did they not look at the destination address?? This is not usable! For Close to $350, What a freaking disappointment. Am I to ship this all the way back to Germany at my expense? Are you freaking kidding me?? Seriously, you gotta do better than this.
